Open Contacts .
Select a contact, then tap Edit.
Tap Ringtone or Text Tone, then turn on Emergency Bypass.

Android:-
Open the 'Settings' on your phone.
Select 'Set Do Not Disturb rules' Select 'Priority only allows'
Tap the 'Star' to set the contact as favourite
